Action Required: New Patient Portal Will Soon Replace myBJC

On June 2, 2018 BJC HealthCare will transition to a new, upgraded patient portal. Your myBJC portal will become read-only and will remain available until September 1, 2018. That means you can still view your messages, appointments, prescriptions and other information, but you will no longer be able to send messages, refill prescriptions or request appointments using myBJC.

Much of your information from BJC hospitals and BJC Medical Group providers has already been placed on the new patient portal, MyChart. MyChart gives you online access to your medical records and many of the same functionalities as myBJC, plus some upgraded features.

If you wish to keep messages from your providers, patient assessment plans, or any clinical tests prior to 2013 that are on myBJC, you must print them before September 1st. Most tests or results from 2013 to 2018 have been rolled over to MyChart. If you are not yet enrolled in MyChart, you will be sent an email around June 1st from with information on how to create a MyChart account. If you do not receive this email in June, tell your provider you would like to enroll in MyChart at your next visit.
